Stacy Garrity is a retired U.S. Army Reserve Colonel, successful business executive, and Pennsylvania’s 78th State Treasurer currently running for Governor. During her military career, she served three deployments and earned the nickname "Angel of the Desert" for her principled leadership in managing internment camps during Operation Iraqi Freedom. In the private sector, she rose from an accountant to become one of the first female vice presidents at Global Tungsten & Powders Corp.

As Treasurer, Garrity has focused on fiscal transparency and government efficiency, overseeing $170 billion in state assets. Her tenure is marked by returning over $1 billion in unclaimed property to residents and saving taxpayers millions through the elimination of overpayments and fee reductions for savings programs like PA 529 and PA ABLE.
